I had the most wonderful time staying at this peaceful village with its extraordinary view of the seashore. The building had that old-fashioned Portugal charm, and after renovation, it was clean and had a nice smell. The atmosphere was so romantic, perfect for couples. I loved the well-equipped kitchen, and the fact that there were 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The patio was a great spot to relax with beautiful plants and flowers all around. But the highlight for me was the amazing room where I could spend evenings watching the sunset or having breakfast in the morning. The owner's motto of "leave all your stress outside" truly made this a memorable experience. I am already planning to come back! Thank you, Nicolaus!

Great budget hostel in a beautiful coastal town. Perfect for hikers on the Fisherman's Trail. The owner, Nicolau, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with tips on the trail and even serving fresh mussels for free! The hostel had a well-equipped kitchen and a rooftop lounge with stunning views of the Atlantic.
The check-in process was a bit tricky as the owner wasn't home when we arrived. It would have been better if there were more kitchen space, as we had to queue to prepare our meals.

The location of the hostel is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the private rooms are quiet and provide a comfortable stay. the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. the rooftop patio offers a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views.
The shared bathroom occasionally ran out of toilet paper in the evenings.

The host was helpful and provided maps, pick up, and even played music. Supermarket and fresh food market nearby. Quiet off-season, but likely busier in summer. Good kitchen facilities and nice terrace. Convenient location for the Fisherman's trail.

The terrace was amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals with a beautiful view. the host, Nicholas, was incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable by taking us to a beach bar and a nearby village. the cleanliness of the hostel was top-notch, and we loved the stylish design of the house.
The air in the room wasn't great, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. the layout of the hostel was a bit confusing, as we had to walk through another room to access ours.

The atmosphere at the hostel was super relaxed, with a beautiful white and clear color scheme that perfectly contrasted with the sunshine outside. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything - beaches, lighthouse, supermarkets, and restaurants were all within a 10-minute walk. And let's not forget the terrace with its perfect view of the ocean - it was the ideal spot to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery!
The thin mattress on the bed, which made it feel like sleeping directly on the slats. However, considering the overall experience and the other great amenities, this was a minor inconvenience that could be overlooked.

Great location near the coast, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The host was extremely helpful, providing maps and tips on the best routes to take along the coast. The hostel was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The outside space with ocean view was a nice touch.
Some of the double rooms were located downstairs and near the kitchen/living room area, which could be noisy if you prefer to sleep in. the mattress was a bit thin, but overall, the facilities were new and well-equipped.

The hostel was a great starting point for my Easter hiking trip. The cleanliness was impressive, and the well-equipped kitchen was convenient. The location was key, close to bars, restaurants, and a supermarket.
The shared kitchen area was located right outside our room, which led to some confusion with other guests trying to come into our room. The host overwhelmed us with information upon our arrival, which was tiring after a day of hiking.
